Home South Communities is owned and operated by Mark and Leanne Willie. Both Mark and Leanne  come from several generations of builders and developers. Mark, the son  of Murlin Willie, has been in construction and development for over 25  years. He spent many of those years living in Atlanta, becoming a very  successful production builder and developer.  After returning to Baton  Rouge, Mark picked up where he left off with his sister at Willie and  Willie Contractors.
 

Leanne, daughter of Glenn Sheets,  graduated from LSU in business marketing. In the years following  college, she spent time in both the real estate market and the mortgage  industry in Birmingham, Alabama. Once returning home, she began working  with her father and his construction company, Masters Homes. With her  father seeking retirement, Leanne stepped into facilitate his role and  responsibilities. Now, as husband-and-wife, Mark and Leanne have  combined their heritage and experience to create Home South Communities, “The Next Generations Of Builders In South Louisiana".
